Coaching

Coaching is a goal oriented, skills based, accountability focused way of making the changes you want to see in your life or your relationship(s). As your coach, I will be your partner in helping you create a plan to meet your goals while providing insight and skills along the way (SMART method). Coaching is different than therapy. When engaged in a coaching relationship, I will not be specifically working with your mental health symptoms, digging deep into your history, or providing a diagnosis. I may suggest a therapist if it seems it could be helpful!
