The Art of Lucid Living supports the co-creation of authentic relationships and lucid life experiences through training, coaching, e-courses, downloads, podcasting and more! Here you will find resources that support your unique life expression and help you to create and participate in relating with yourself, others, and the world with greater integrity, openness, and empathy.

But what does all the terminology mean, exactly?

Art= The expression or application of human creative skill and imagination
Lucid = Expressed and experienced clearly. To be bright or luminous
Co-creation= Collaborative initiative, to make something together
Authentic Relating= Connecting through greater integrity, openness, and empathy

Life is messy, people are complex, relationships can be complicated, and it isn't always as easy as "just be happy and do the right thing." However, learning, growing and being intentional about creating and participating in life with more clarity, brightness, and presence is worth it! You may find resources on:

This project was started from the desire to create and to make a positive impact on the world. The contents are for people who have a genuine interest to dig in, learn, and share. There may not be any specific answers to life's challenging questions but the hope is that you will find things that help you along your way, challenge you to become more lucid in your own life, and help you to be more authentic and compassionate in relating with yourself and the world.
